I led the creation of customizable and scalable MOGRTs to maintain brand consistency and streamline our motion graphics production. This resulted in over 200 long-form pieces produced in just two months, significantly improving our efficiency. Additionally, I established clear standards for the motion graphics used at Camping World, further enhancing our brand's visual identity.

As the team leader, I improved our creative output by defining long-form content, creating scripts for retail marketing, streamlining processes with the post-production team, editing national commercial ads, and implementing new camera systems for faster production.

We improved team communication and collaboration by establishing a clear project management workflow using Asana software.

During my time at Camping World, I worked with the social media manager to implement CapCut and boost productivity. We held weekly meetings to strategize on leveraging social media, resulting in reaching 100,000 followers on our YouTube Channel.
