Guiding Principles
In the creative field, listening and attention to detail are essential. They help us craft masterful stories and understand our client’s needs. I take my time to review the brief and ask questions to understand the client’s needs better.
Feedback is more than just a gift; it’s a catalyst for growth. It’s our job to challenge ourselves to grow, and being open to feedback makes us better team players. Incorporating diverse feedback improves our work and broadens our audience. It’s essential to make our work diverse, equitable, and inclusive. Your feedback is essential to our growth and success.
I have received training in both comedy and acting, which I find helpful in my work daily. The “Yes, And…” mentality has always been beneficial to my professional career. Additionally, Meisner training has been valuable in my communication with others. I am dedicated to building strong cross-functional relationships within any team, recognizing that understanding the business and its needs is crucial to our success.
Being a brand advocate is crucial. It involves attention to detail, aligning with the brand’s goals, creating a brand guide and voice, and embracing new technology. It’s about belief in your work, the people around you, and yourself – more than just cheerleading, it’s being a philosopher.
I enjoy finding innovative solutions to creative challenges and believe that the processes/tools we use significantly impact our performance. I have introduced various new tools in my organizations, such as Grammarly for maintaining brand voice, Frame.io for gathering feedback on creative assets, and Adobe Libraries for storing brand assets. Understanding the optimal use of camera equipment is also crucial for staying within budget and saving time and money.
